I couldn’t have had a more positive experience every step of the way, and in every facet of the process. Pam at the front was welcoming and kind, and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. Regrettably, I can’t remember the names of the two ladies who handled billing and scheduling, but they were also wonderful. Dr Clay Thames was the most genuinely warm and engaging (and funny!) medical professional I’ve encountered. He had a fantastic bedside manner and was thoroughly informative and clear in conveying all pertinent information and in addressing all questions and concerns. Most importantly, the work done on my extractions was done with great care and efficiency. I could not recommend more highly!

Excellent professionalism by the staff. Even though my anxiety was through the roof, the assistants made me feel at ease. Surgery went well, and the pain is bearable. I would like to commend this dentistry for anyone who need services. They make you feel like you're right at home! Thanks team.

I have been going here since I moved here in the late 90's. They are the very best around the world and back. ok some think that's a little much but when it comes to an area like your mouth, comfort level, support staff, bring cared for and they always always listen, kindness, family like environment and I really could just go on, they have it all bundled up right there. Katlyn was very helpful getting my son set up to see Dr. Alexander. We had a short check in & only a moment to wait. The office was very clean and quiet. The procedure and after care were explained to our satisfaction, and Dr. Alexander called to check on him that evening. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Everyone was very professional, polite, & efficient. The same day consult really streamlined the process.
